Nguyen founded the NuWin Foundation, NuWin Enterprises, and NuWin International. Nguyen established himself as an innovator in the space of mobile video entertainment, direct carrier billing, and telehealth. He has earned a reputation for developing innovative business strategies, incubating new business models, and building out channel programs. Nguyen was born in Saigon, Vietnam in 1970. The grandson to one of Vietnam’s most beloved businessmen, his family’s legacy embraces integrity, hard work, and generosity. As a refugee of the Vietnam War, Nguyen has confronted and overcome great odds. As a student of the Milton Hershey School, Mr. Nguyen witnessed the power of compassion and philanthropy.

As a former Firefighter, US Army Ranger and CIA Counterterrorism Operator, Banman is a leader in maximizing individual and organizational performance. He has operated in 23 countries, including two combat zones and multiple high-threat environments. Banman has developed the unique ability to work directly with Heads of State, Ministry Leaders, and high ranking officials as well as those on the ground executing missions every day. He is most noted for his work developing some of the most advanced Human Performance and Behavioral Science programs across the US Special Operations Command and Intelligence Community. He has worked with high performing teams in business, professional athletics, and government agencies globally.

Haché is a Financial Representative at NL Financial Alliance since 2010, where he specializes in using life insurance to implement tax strategies and portfolio protection for physicians. He is licensed to sell Life and Health insurance in New York, Florida, Texas, Massachusetts, New Jersey and Georgia. He graduated from Clark University in Business Management with a concentration in International Relations.

Leffingwell is a partner at the lobbying firm Peck, Madigan and Jones. He served in three different capacities in the U.S. Congress starting in 2006. He had several senior staff roles including six years as Chief of Staff for Defense Appropriations Chairwoman Rep. Kay Granger, and in the front office of the House Appropriations Committee where he helped manage over 100 staff, and $1.2 trillion in discretionary spending. Serving as the director of government relations for U2 front-man Bono’s ONE Action, an advocacy and lobbying organization focused on ending extreme poverty and disease in sub-Saharan Africa, he secured nearly $12 billion in funding. He is the Chairman of the Board for the Tsavo Trust, and is a member of the Order of St. John.

Troncale is President and Director of Nano Financial Holdings. He was a Senior Vice President of California Republic Bank, leading the treasury and cash management department. He helped grow the bank to over $500 million in DDA deposits. He also received the Chairman’s award for bringing in the most new clients to the bank in 2015.  He has been invited to a CA State Advisory Board on cyber security systems for the banking industry. He has been influential in building the back office to adapt to the deposit growth and has helped pioneer industry first systems and procedures in depository banking. He is also an established speaker within many industry forums. Troncale earned a JD from California School of Law and is a graduate of Multnomah University.

With financial and international business experience from Wall Street institutions, Angara seeks to leverage the wisdom and skills he has acquired into an opportunity to positively impact our global community: One Village.  From being a Trading Supervisor at the first online investment bank at the height of the Internet boom, he was then recruited to the Advisory desk at the JPMorgan Private Bank where he also worked with their Private Equity, Hedge Fund, and Broker Dealer relationships helping to manage their cash positions.  From a background in equities and derivatives trading, his other skills sets have included fund and asset management, corporate advisory, capital market development initiatives, ETF development,  carbon credit initiatives in SE Asia, and buy side distressed acquisition situations.  Angara was formerly FINRA Series 24, 55, 63, 65, 7, 8, 9, and 10.  He believes that by making the connections between relationships, and by promoting collective successes, we can make our impact significant.

Karlin is Managing Director at Murdock Capital Partners, a New York based Merchant Banking and Advisory firm. From 2014 until December of 2016, he was Chairman of National Stock Exchange Holdings and a Director of the National Stock Exchange until its sale to NYSE/ICE. After receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1991, Karlin began his career at Lehman Brothers as an advisor in the firm's Private Client Group and later held similar positions at Gruntal & Co.He brings 27 years of investment banking experience across a wide range of industries and an extensive, global network of financial, corporate and governmental relationships to support the One Village vision.

Barr is a Vice President at Langan Engineering, a 1,000+ person, full-service, global engineering consulting firm. In 2014, Barr and his wife Audrey founded Trailwood Capital Advisors, a boutique business advisory firm. By design, Trailwood maintains a relatively low profile in the public domain, while continuing to work and partner with some of the most influential and successful individuals and companies in the global business community. Barr holds a bachelors degree in geological engineering from the University of New Brunswick in eastern Canada. He brings over 20 years of experience in economic and environmental strategies, coupled with an extensive global network of corporate and government officials to support the One Village team.

In his 25 years in banking, Perna has held finance roles in corporate lending, investment banking, and private wealth management. His experience in the sports industry spans over 20 years, beginning when he was a founding member of a Sports Lending Group at Societe Generale. He brings deep transactional experience and high-level relationships across all major North American professional sports leagues such as MLB, NBA, NHL, MLS, and NFL as well as international leagues such as the EPL, Series A and the Bundesliga. In 2006, Perna moved to Citigroup, as Director in the Sports Finance & Advisory Group. He oversaw and was responsible for transacting all advisory assignments for nearly 9 years. Perna is FINRA Series 7 and 66 registered.

Having practiced estate and international transactions law in Utah over 20 years, his passion now focuses on intersecting leading technologies and whole food to provide best food, supply chain, and nutrition solutions.
